Suhas Wakchaure is a mechanical engineer with more than 35 years experience in the area of manufacturing and quality control.

He started his carrier in Walchandnagar Industries and worked on various special projects related with space & nuclear applications.

In 1989 he joined Sulzer India (Indian arm of Sulzer Chemtech) and was responsible for the quality assurance department.

In 1993 he established Finepac Structures and has since then helped develop a very respectable reputation for Finepac in the chemical process and associated industries.

Madhuri Wakchaure is double graduate with more than 15 years of experience in the area of general management and administration.

She joined Finepac in 2011 and has been responsible for a number of key initiatives for employee and worker welfare.

Currently an administrative director at Finepac, she is responsible for planning and organizing the operations of finance and administration departments at Finepac.

She has played a very influential role in developing a healthy and supportive work environment at Finepac.

Machindra Yeole is a mechanical engineer with around 20 years of experience in the area of manufacturing of process equipment and associated internals design.

He is an expert in the mechanical design of pressure vessels, process columns, column and separator internals.

An expert in using software like Designers Desktop & Pivilite, he is also experienced in welding and fabrication of pressure vessels, process columns, column internals & separator internals.

Virbhadra Karegaonkar is mechanical engineer with more than 15 years of hands on experience in project management, planning, control and construction projects in the field of oil & gas, petrochemical,oil refining and desalination projects.

His expertise includes heading projects involving onshore and offshore skids (process modules), columns/towers, pressure vessels and shop fabricated tanks as per international standards.

He bring a wealth of experience to the team having handled a number of reputed clients including ADGAS (UAE), Total (Russia), Prosernat (France), Peerless (UK), Technip (UAE) and Petrofac (UAE).

Before moving to UAE, he was part of Finepac from the year 2000 to 2005 and was handling a number of domestic and overseas clients and now he is again a part of Finepac heading the UAE operations as we look to expand our operations in the emerging markets from the MENA region.

Praful Shah is a chemical engineer with more than 40 years experience in the area of process design and marketing of process equipment. He has carried out extensive work in designing distillation columns and selection of appropriate column internals and packings for critical separation tasks.

His background includes a stint in product marketing at SML Maneklal and later as a process design manager with Sulzer India ( Indian arm of Sulzer Chemtech).

He has been a major driving force in establishing Finepac as a major brand in delivering reliable, innovative and cost effective process solutions for a wide variety of applications.

Dr. Dilip Ravetkar is a chemical engineer with more than 30 years experience in the area of process design, process improvement and process optimization.

He earned his chemical engineering education from the Institute of Chemical Technology [ICT], Mumbai (popularly known as UDCT).

He was a senior scientist for more than 24 years in the department of chemical engineering at the National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune. He is a co - author to 10 technical papers and holds 2 patents.

At present he is associated as a consultant to several leading chemical and pharmaceutical companies and has designed and commissioned more than 80 process columns.

Mr. Saiprasad Wakchaure is a chemical engineer with around 10 years of experience in the area of process design for distillation and process optimization.

Having earned his degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pune, he specialises in designing distillation columns, chemical process equipment and selection of appropriate internals and packings.

He has also carried out extensive work for projects in the oil and gas industry for providing suitable internals and mist eliminators for liquid-gas separation and gas treatment applications.

Mr. Rahul Deshmukh is a chemical engineer with more than 8 years experience in the area of process design and optimisation for distillation and absorption columns.

His expertise mainly revolves around development of process design packages including material and energy balances and detailed equipment designs for new and existing processes.

He excels at performing process simulations having developed a number of such process design packages for different applications and also has extensive experience in column revamping and troubleshooting projects.

Vijay Jagtap is a mechanical engineer with around 8 years of experience in the field of production planning and process equipment manufacturing.

After graduation he joined Finepac as a trainee engineer and has since then risen through the ranks to become the head of manufacturing at Finepac.

His area of expertise include manufacturing process equipment, columns, column internals and heat exchangers for a variety of applications and processes used in the pharmaceutical, oil and gas and petrochemical industries.

Michael Kirk graduated in 1978 from the University of Surrey with a bachelors degree in chemical engineering.

In 1895 he established KCC Process Equipment Limited and under his chairmanship KCC rapidly established itself as a market leader in separation and gas dehydration technologies and built an excellent track record for supplying state of the art separation technologies to countries globally including Brazil, Nigeria, Norway, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, India, Malaysia and China. Between 1994 and 2009 Mike served on the Board of the Energy Industries Council trade association, latterly in the role of Chairman of the Performance & Remuneration Committee.

In 2009 he established Kirk Process Solutions and subsequently signed an agreement of association with Finepac to optimize separator vessel designs and selection of appropriate separator internals to ensure performance requirements are met across the full operating range specified by customers.

Santosh Lohar holds a post graduate degree in finance having graduated from the North Maharashtra University in 1993.

He is an expert in accounting, taxation practices and company law and this year will complete 24 years with Finepac.

Currently he manages and supervises all finance and accounting related activities at Finepac.
